The Wedding
Rob and I have some friends in Tennessee who got married recently. We jumped at the opportunity to go South, visit with people we haven’t seen since moving back to MA, and celebrate Love.
We both had our creative Wedding Gift Ideas… I made some adorable, Fancy Tiny Top Hats. They were a hit! I have a listing for them in my webstore as well, if you’d like to check them out in more photographic detail….or even order your own pair!
Rob made them a customized “Mo-opoly” board, with places that the bride and groom had been to, places they’d gone to college, or places that had special meaning. It came out REALLY well, and was a lot of fun to play.
the weather outside was beautiful.
At the end of the night Rob and I had decided to head back to MA, starting our 16 hour drive THAT night. That was before we noticed that Joanna Newsom was performing that night – only blocks away from where our friends were staying! We took the chance and walked down to the theater, and there were just a few tickets available.
