Handcrafting Every Inch

… with care

New Projects

I started some new projects!! One will be finished in a few days, the other will be finished whenever I have the patience to work that long with size 5 needles! First, I’m about halfway on this amazing blanket I’m working on. It’s a hybrid of a few patterns I found online. I’m working with a pound of Caron yarn, and a huge blanket skein of the Rainbow Boucle yarn that I found at Joann’s. The pattern that I worked off of can be found here, if you want to try it out. It’s SO soft! I like the color variation too. Just subtle enough…

The other one I started is a rib-knit tank top. I’m following a pattern for this one because I’ve been making my own patterns for a while now…I’d like to just follow directions for a while. I’m working with TINY size 5 needles though, so it’s going to be quite a while until I have this one done. I’ll probably end up making it for myself. It’s the same gray as my leg warmers. I’ll have to see how long it takes me. Here’s how far I’ve gotten:

Stay tuned for…
